Every once in a while, we get to slow down and play — to create something simply because we love beauty, love, and all that this journey represents. This shoot at Villa Antonia, nestled in the rolling hills just outside of Austin, was one of those soul-filling moments. Surrounded by European-style architecture, stone archways, and the most stunning hill country views, we let our creativity run wild — and it felt so, so good.
What made this day even more special was teaming up with my dear friend Ana of The Bergerons Co, one of the most talented photographer and videographer duos I’ve ever met. Ana and her husband are the kind of couple that remind you why you fell in love with love in the first place. Their chemistry, creativity, and devotion to telling honest stories is unmatched. When couples work together in their calling, it shows. It glows.
Villa Antonia was the perfect backdrop — a romantic, Tuscan-inspired villa with old-world charm and a quiet sense of sacred stillness. Every corner is like stepping into a timeless love story, and it couldn’t have been more fitting for the message behind this shoot.
In today’s world, we see couples waiting 4 to 6 years to make things official. Waiting until everything is perfect. Until the finances align. Until the stars line up. But love? Love doesn’t wait for perfection. Love is brave. Love steps out in faith.
