- Introduction
- Welcome to Rae De Lain. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our site and services, ensuring a clear and professional experience for both parties.
- Booking & Payments All sessions require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due as outlined in your contract. Non-payment may result in cancellation.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, except for clients with a signed contract.
- Copyright & Image Usage-Rae De Lain retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use license to print and share their images. Clients may not alter, edit, or sell images without written permission.
- Rae De Lain reserves the right to use images for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise stated in the contract.
- Turnaround Time & Album Design-Final edited galleries are delivered within the timeframe stated in your contract. The album design process begins once you receive your gallery. To ensure timely delivery, the PIN for downloading images will not be released until you have selected your final album images. You will have access to view your gallery, and once your selections are made, the PIN will be included in your final gallery email.
- Clients have up to three weeks to finalize album selections; delays beyond this period photographer reserves the rights to design album without clients permission.
- 5Cancellations & Rescheduling- Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within the timeframe outlined in your contract. If Rae De Lain must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or a trusted associate photographer will be assigned.
- Liability & Indemnification-Rae De Lain is not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, weather conditions, or third-party vendor issues. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Rae De Lain harmless against any claims arising from the use of images or services.
- Dispute Resolution-Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place in the state of Texas.
- Changes to Terms-Rae De Lain reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
